King's Hall is set in a beautiful countryside location surrounded by National Trust farmland yet is only a couple of miles from the centre of Taunton. It has nearly 400 pupils between the ages of 3 and 13, boys and girls in almost equal numbers. Boarding is a strong feature and contributes to the real family atmosphere which exists in the school. It is one of the Woodard Schools, a group of forty member schools whose approach is based on the principles of the Church of England. King's College, Taunton is also a member: there is a close working relationship between us and many pupils move on there at13+.
