The Old Hall holds a prominent place in Shropshire history. Originally built in 1480 by Edward Forester, it remained the family seat for over three hundred years, before becoming a school for small children in the early 19th century. Since that time, it has both expanded and evolved to become the school it is today - a fully co-educational Independent Preparatory School for girls and boys aged 4-11 years and a member of the Incorporated Association of Preparatory Schools.
